DUDLEY DEWES
SCHOLARSHIPS - (For Post-honours candidates)
The mission of the Cape Tercentenary Foundation is to preserve, promote and encourage
literature, the visual and performing arts and the natural and cultural environment of the
Western, Eastern and Northern Cape Provinces. It may not, therefore, fund anything that
falls outside this prescription.

studies are awarded annually. They are open to all in possession of a University Honours
degree and candidates must potentially contribute to the fulfilment of the
Foundations mission.
Studies must be undertaken in South Africa.
At the discretion of the Foundation, scholarships may be renewed in whole or in part for a
further period not exceeding one year provided the candidate submits a satisfactory Progress Report from the Supervisor/s.
